Meet Our Pastor

  Rev. Jack and Tracy DaMico

We're proud to present our Pastors, Rev. and Mrs. Jack DaMico, who have been with us since March of 2004. They are a blessing to our Church and to the Foyil community.

Jack DaMico was born and raised in Shawnee Oklahoma, where he met and married his wife Tracy in 1983. The couple moved to Tulsa in 1987 where they became active members in their home church of 17 years. It was there as a deacon in the church that Brother Jack was called to the ministry. He preached his first sermon in 1988 in a street mission in Tulsa. Brother Jack served nine years as as deacon and went on to become interim pastor as well.

As the doors were opened to them, Jack was also active in Evangelistic Ministry and both he and Tracy have a long history in children's ministry. It is their belief that if Christ can be instilled in a young child's heart, that child will grow to become a Godly adult.

Brother Jack is a conservative, well studied and annointed minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He and Tracy have a heart of compassion for those who are hurting and believe in reaching out to the community around them. In addition to being a minister, Jack is also an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing. Prior to going into the ministry, he was a professional chef and still has a passion for cooking today.

Tracy DaMico was born in California and raised in Arizona, Illinois and Oklahoma. She is a woman given to prayer, and has a deep compassion for the church, and the needs of others. Tracy takes an active role in leading the Women's Ministry and is also active in Children's ministry at Foyil First Assembly.

In addition to her strong support of her husband, Tracy is also a proud Marine mom, who supports her son and daughter-in-law in many facets at home during their service abroad. She is part of an online support group for Marine mother's and wives of American Military personnel serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. She also participates in online and local events to support and welcome our troops home from service.

Tracy enjoys the outdoors, fishing and hiking. She is also a freelance photographer, enjoys reading, studying the Bible and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Tracy is also an animal lover and has been known to take in  and care for injured animals of all kinds.

The DaMico's have two children:

Daughter Hollie, who with her husband Rev. Jonathan Caufman and their son Justice, are currently in Evangelistic Ministry across the United States.

And son, Marine Corporal Jackie (Rocky) DaMico, who with his wife, Army Sergeant Elizabeth (Liz) DaMico are both currently home from deployment to Iraq, and stationed stateside and enjoying life with their son Zachary. They are expecting their second child in the fall of 2008.

We are thankful for the gift God has given us in the DaMico's

Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve Him in sincerity and truth: and put away the gods which  your fathers served on  the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the Lord.

And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose ye this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or  the gods of the amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
